D & G Team believe that successful real estate transactions come about as a result of clear and open communications, particularly on the needs and expectations of their clients.
We understand that every client has unique requirements and circumstances and that while the real estate process is a well-trodden path, the journey to a successful transaction will be different every time.
No one likes surprises we try to avoid these or to minimize them if they occur. It is our methodical and meticulous attention to the real state process, the client’s needs, and to those details that could easily delay or cause a transaction to fail. We are both proactive and anticipate obstacles and have strategies ready to support the clients as change occurs.
Our beliefs are not to push a client too quickly to make a choice, but urge our clients to think it through carefully before making a decision. We will discourage our clients into making choices if we see issues that could affect their welfare in the future.
